For nearly a decade I was an adherent of the religious/political cult known as MOVE. Thankfully, I was able to extricate myself from this dangerous sect and reclaim control of my life. The story of how I left MOVE was featured in the Philadelphia Inquirer in 2004. Much of my current work has to do with the murder of John Gilbride in 2002. John was killed while in the midst of a highly contentious custody dispute with the leader of MOVE.

The dedication was moved to the FOP at the request of the family. It was felt placing the plaque at the spot where Officer Ramp was murdered would invite descreation or removal by those who support the affirmed killers

how could he been murdered by MOVED members when it was one bullet that hit him. wait, wasn't that bullet coming from the same direction as his comrades. FRIENDLY FIRE
Here are some FACTS..PROVEN. The bullet that killed Officer Ramp was a FRONTAL shot just above his vest. He was FACING the MOVE house The bullet was Identified as coming from a rifle recovered from the MOVE basement and POSITIVELY identified as purchsed by a MOVE member. Ramp was standing next to a tele pole with his back to the apartment building which is a distance of about 4 feet. You can believe the MOVE crap but it is not facts nor truthful. I guess you ASSume the other Officers and Firefighters were wounded by friendly fire also. Wait..I have some swamp land in Flordia for sale...you can build on it...I swear. Sir..you are a fool led by fools

After all these years, I am still amazed at the arrogance of MOVE.
He was murdered by MOVE members on August 8, 1978. <--lol funny one bullet but all those memebers were charged
...and you have to understand there were several other Officers and Firefighters wounded that day and NONE from so called... by MOVE..friendly fire. So the most logical reasoning would be if you/a MOVE member in the basement that day, shot someone...fess up...if not...y'all are guilty..hence 30 to 100 years and rightly so..same as Wesley Cook

MOVE, should we start counting how many people you have killed? You killed Officer Ramp, Mumia is a cop killer, you abuse/killed your own children, and you killed John Gilbride. Most people with common sense can read and way the facts versus your fictitious fairy tales. Give it up MOVE!

I'm not a police officer but have lived west of Philly all of my 43 years. I remember reading all about the days/weeks of MOVE taunting the neighbors and always pushing the envelope. MOVE's neighbors did ask or want the stench, animals, trash, guns and bullhorns. MOVE claims it's peaceful - bull****.
tony is still upset cause his wife got fucked by a 14 year old boy, ask him about it. ask him why he went to go live with move ,when he wasnt with his wife. tony is a fucking loser who has nothing else to do.
anonymous needs to grow up. What ever happened or didn't happen has nothing to do with the knowledge of the inner workings of the MOVE orginization.
Anonymous shows that he/she is a move member trying to divert attention from the true issues that Move does not want anyone to know.
